Going to your first Trillium sitting in Olympia
"You must be willing to die into what’s real. That’s where a teacher can help.
If you have faith in your teacher, then you can also have faith in yourself because you know they’ve been through it and survived."
~ Hillary Davis, Trillium teacher

Now that you've gotten a feel for the Trillium work, you might be interested in checking out a live, teacher-led sitting. You might also be ready to meet some of the wonderful people in our Olympia Trillium community… If that's the case, then yay, we're ready to meet you too!
It's just four simple steps, tailored to make your first Trillium sitting experience go as smoothly as possible:
1. Get Acquainted
If you haven't already, take some time to explore our website.
2. Tell the Coordinator
The first step is to let the Olympia Area Coordinator know that you want to attend a sitting.
3. Read the handouts
Finally, we ask that you read the handout "Guidelines for Practicing Mutuality" by Trillium teacher, CC Leigh. And also the "Introduction to Trillium Awakening Sittings" by CC Leigh.
4. Talk to the Teacher
We suggest that you set up an appointment for a free 1/2-hour phone conversation with the teacher who will be holding the sitting. This is to give you an opportunity to ask any further questions or clarify specific concerns you might have about Trillium so far. The Area Coordinator will give you the teacher's contact information.
