If you have not met these prerequisites, and would like to attend the TR next summer, please contact Alice at [email protected] as soon as possible. We will also send you links to reading material so you will be prepared to make the very best use of your experience. refund policy

Lodging options
The Transfiguration Retreat will take place at the Westwood Retreat Center, which is a separate retreat facility situated behind the main Gwinwood Lodge and grounds. All rooms are offered as doubles, on a first-come, first-served basis. A nearby duplex-style "bunkhouse" is available when the rooms are filled.
Rooms are furnished with two beds and a rack for hanging clothes. Mattresses are new and in great shape. Each room has a window, and the nearby bathrooms and showers are gender-assigned, dormitory style. In order to maintain the potency of the retreat setting, we strongly encourage participants to stay on-site at the Gwinwood Retreat Center if at all possible. For those with greater privacy needs, there are some Trillium Olympia community members who can host out-of-town guests (hosts may charge a nominal fee). THERE IS NO DISCOUNT for staying off-campus. It is important for you to be aware of the potential risks involved in engaging this work for such an extended period of time, and that you have resources in place to help you navigate and integrate what may arise by participating.

In resonance with Trillium Awakening's intent to catalyze collective awakening and liberation, and in recognition of the historical and systemic impacts of oppression in the US of minoritized groups, the Olympia Trillium Community is offering an honorary scholarship as reparation to people who are assigned minoritized rank due to age, disability, religion, ethnicity, social class, sexual orientation, indigenous heritage, national origin (immigrant), and gender. We have set aside funds for 10 honorary scholarships, which will be awarded on a first-come, first served basis. Definition of Minoritized "A social group that is devalued in society. This devaluing encompasses how the group is represented, what degree of access to resources it is granted, and how the unequal access is rationalized. The term "minoritized" (rather than minority) is used to indicate that the group's lower position is a function of active socially constructed dynamics, rather than its numbers in society." (R DiAngelo, What Does it Mean to be White?) Look for this option on the Registration Form. Creative expression night
One of the much-anticipated traditions of Transfiguration Retreats is the Creative Expression Night where we share and celebrate our unique talents, expressions, and interests. Of course, participation is optional, and we encourage you to consider daring to share a song, a poem or piece of writing, some music, a movement, some artwork, or whatever else your Being feels moved to bring into the light of loving receptivity.
