The retreat includes
- Five days of retreat: Wednesday August 19th afternoon through Sunday August 23rd morning
- Teacher and mentor contact hours
- Four catered dinners
- Optional morning and evening special events and presentations
- Saturday evening celebration
- Full tuition: $700
- Payment may be made by check or electronically through PayPal. Payment instructions will be sent after you register.
- We have set aside funds for 10 honorary scholarships of $100 each, to be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis, to members of minoritized social group that is devalued in society, including through unequal access to resources and the ways that unequal access is rationalized. You will have an opportunity to request for this as part of the registration form below.
To attend this retreat, please have completed at least one of the following:
- Three sessions with a Trillium Awakening teacher
- Three Trillium Awakening sittings
- A weekend Trillium Awakening core-dharma retreat
- The Foundation Course
- The Discovery Course
- A conversation with one of the faculty to discuss another option

- Because this retreat can be highly catalytic, all participants are asked to read and agree to the Informed Consent Agreement before registering.
- This agreement helps make sure you understand the possible risks of engaging this work in an extended retreat setting, and that you have support and resources available to help you integrate what may arise.

- We will do our best to provide a healthy, nourishing environment that supports both body and spirit.
- Four catered dinners are included in your registration fee. When you register, please let us know your food needs, such as vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, or other dietary considerations.
- We also ask all participants to use unscented products so people with chemical sensitivities can participate safely. Please avoid scented products, including essential oils, if at all possible.
- This is a non-residential retreat.
- Organizers are available to help facilitate home stays with Olympia Trillium Awakening peers. There are also many hotels and Airbnbs in the Olympia area.
- We understand that life can bring unexpected changes. At the same time, a weeklong retreat requires significant planning and expense.
- Refunds are available as follows:
- 100% refund if you withdraw on or before June 30
- 50% refund if you withdraw on or before July 31
- No refund after August 1, unless the retreat is full and someone from the waiting list can take your spot
- One much-loved tradition of Trillium Awakening retreats is Creative Expression Night, where we share and celebrate our unique talents, expressions, and interests.
- Participation is optional. You are warmly invited to consider sharing a song, poem, writing, music, movement, artwork, or any other expression your Being feels moved to bring into the light of loving receptivity.
